Our Range of Products
Our company deals in a wide range of products manufactured from both ferrous & non-ferrous metals. We offer to our clients premium quality products like stainless steel pipes carbon steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipe-fittings, carbon steel pipe-fittings and alloy steel pipe-fittings at competitive prices. The size range offered by us consists of OD 1.63 mm to 800 mm in wall thickness and 0.700 to 50.8 mm thick capillary tube.
The wide ranges of products offered by us are :- Stainless Steel products: of 304, 310, 316, 321,410,420 & 431 quality
- Pipes/Tubes: Seamless & ERW stainless steel pipes 1/4" to 24" dia & above. They are available in 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 & 20 SWG, SCH 5, 10, 40, 80, REMI & imported.
- Pipes Fitting: Stainless steel pipe fitting like elbow, bend, stub-end, tee, union, reducer, nipple, etc.

S.S. Rods: Magnetic and non-magnetic (6mm to 300 mm dia) rods, squares, hex.
Flats & Circles: customized as per clients required size.
Sheets: of 10, 12, 14, 16 to 30 SWG. They come in sizes of 8' x 4' or in coil form by companies like JINDAL, SAIL. We also offer imported sheets.
Plates: of 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 22, 25 mm thickness and in sizes of 8' x 4'.
Shims: of 0.1 mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm thickness and above.
Welding electrodes: ISO 9002 make.
Non-Ferrous Metals: Brass rod, square, hexagonal, strips, flats sheets, pipes & tubes & nut bolts copper rods, strips, flats, sheets, pipes etc.
Refrigeration & air-conditioner copper tube (PVC coated) in coil form.
De-oxidised copper tube, 70/30 alloy brass tube copper pipe fitting, elbow, tee coupling, reducer and nipple. |
| Apart from these, we also offer tubes and pipes for high and low pressure service, boiler and heat exchanger industries, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, bearing, brushing industries, etc. |
Gun Metal: ingots, rods, hollow bars & bushes etc.(85/5/5/5 & 88/1012 qualities).
Aluminium: rods, flats, tubes, angles, sheets & plates available in all size. Cupro nickel tubes as per customers specifications.
Nickel Alloy: monal, nickel, inconel, lead, zinc, tin, bismuth, HASTO alloy & ferro alloys, etc.
Alloy Steel: Seamless pipe ASTM-A-335Gr.P1,P5,P9,P12,P22(15mm NB to 600mm NB)in all schedules with IBR test certificates.Plates ASTM-A-515 1 516 Grade 60,70.
Carbon Steel: Seamless pipes of ASTM A210 Gr; A-1 ASTM A106, Grades A, B, C ASTM A333 grades 6 with IBR Test Certificates & Non-IBR etc.
Carbon Steel Plates, IS 2002 Grade 2 IS 2062 M.S. ERW Pipe (Black & G. I.) IS 1239 & IS 3589. ERW boiler tubes, air heater tubes as per BS 3059 & BS 1775.
Pipe Fitting: Elbow, bend, stub-end, tee, reducer, flanges, nipple coupling, CS, FCS A105/A234.Flange -150# 300# ANSI B 16.5, S/O, BLRF WNRF. |
Quality
Our company ensures that the products are manufactured from superior grade raw material. We follow internal quality control (I.Q.C.) policy where our team of experts exert direct control at all stages of manufacturing and processing.
We use a wide variety of certified measuring and checking devices at all stages to ensure conformance to quality standards. After all forging scale has been mechanically removed and prior to the painting our team carries out a final inspection before the products are shipped out to the clients.
These progressive inspections assure that our fittings meet all codes and standards established by governing bodies like:
ASTM: American Society For testing and materials.
MSS: Manufactures standardization society.
ASME: American society for mechanical engineers.
We also carry out regular laboratory tests to ensure superior quality in our products. The tests conducted are: |
Eddy current test: This test is carried out on the entire length of tube as per ASTM E-426 to determine the Sub-surface in homogeneity. The test is carried out on demand only.
Chemical testing Laboratory: The company has in-house chemical testing facilities to test the quality of the raw material used in the production process. |
Infrastructure Facilities
We have modern infrastructure facilities which help us to keep pace with the changing demands of the industry. Our technically advanced machinery equipment like mandrel machine enables us to produce best quality products like elbows and bends. The judicious use of available machinery equipment also enables us to maintain optimum rate of production and successfully meet the work order demand.
